Total Destruction

Back of the book:
The future is a curious place to live. Remember when you were a little child, the world was full of magic. When you believed that the villains in movies were real. The world is undergoing a change of life as we know it. Below our feet the very ground we walk on is being corrupted. Our very way of life is threatened by what awaits below the surface. Nobody knows it but the human race is in danger of elements that we thought we could not control. When volcanoes start erupting and earthquakes leave many dead. One young detective may hold the key to the mystery. A strange madman has been sending videos of the destruction and what happens before.
It was him causing the elements to turn on the good people of the world. A device stolen that kept the earth safe from any earthquakes, volcanoes, or floods has been forcing all that destruction to burst out since it lay dormant for so long. Turned against the very people it was designed to protect, the madman unleashes destruction. The young detective must stop this man and find the device before the human race is totally destroyed.
The madman’s got a goal to kill as many people as possible, to watch the very people who laugh without a care each day die in the presence of pain. The very young people he once saw skip rocks carelessly, suffer. Suffering and pain are two things people don't want before they die. But that may not stop this notorious villain from wiping us out like bugs. This may be the end as we know it.
